Refund policy
Though we hope you LOVE your Cardinal Kaye Boutique purchases we understand items simply don't always work or fit as desired! We are more than willing to work with you, but here are some rules and regulations when it comes to returns.
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your delivery of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return costs. This is the same rule followed at majority of retail boutiques online & in stores.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to the address on the bottom of your invoice.
I’m REMINDER: For eligibility for the credit to be honored items must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. It must be unworn, original condition, no perfume, no deodorant stains, smell of smoke, dog hair, rips or tears. Any sign of these WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR WORN IN ANY WAY.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

- Shoes
- Leggings & Bodysuits. (we respect all of our customers by not selling worn intimate items.)
- Discount/Sale Items. This includes Major Holiday Sales & excludes FIRST10 purchases or Blogger Code Purchases.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at cardinalkayeboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
